01
Keep technology agreements connected
A technology purchase can involve a master services agreement, a statement of work, a renewal order, and later amendments. The latest file is not always the whole relationship. Store the documents with the contract record and link related agreements so reviewers can inspect their connections.
Use configurable fields for the system, vendor owner, and contract type. Search saved records and available document text to locate the relevant agreement, then open the original. Contract Map connects the current document to its versions, obligations, approvals, signing status, and important dates.
02
Review SaaS renewals before the notice window closes
A subscription may have an annual term, a separate cancellation deadline, and a proposed pricing change. Track those dates separately. Give the renewal decision to a named person who can check continued need, commercial terms, and required notice delivery.
Review the relevant clause rather than treating an extracted date as the whole answer. The team decides whether to keep, renegotiate, or prevent renewal and records the outcome. Reminders do not cancel a subscription, and a saved decision does not deliver notice to the supplier.
03
Keep service commitments and evidence together
A managed service agreement may require onboarding work, regular reports, or specific response commitments. Capture the promises that need follow-up as obligations with the source wording and a responsible person. Attach evidence and retain a verification step when completion needs review.
This is contractual tracking rather than automatic service monitoring. ContraxAware does not measure uptime, inspect deployed licenses, discover every subscription, or calculate usage-based true-ups from your systems. Record reviewed information and connect the operational evidence your team supplies.
04
Evaluate the platform with a realistic workflow
Import a representative vendor agreement and check the AI-proposed fields against its source. Route a Word change for review, inspect document permissions, and follow a renewal through Contract Map. Use the security page to discuss data handling and the controls your organization requires.
Google Drive, Gmail, and Calendar integrations support the available document, correspondence, and date workflows. Confirm the current scope before planning a rollout. Enterprise SAML/OIDC SSO and SCIM provisioning are not advertised as enabled features on this page.
Questions about it contract management
Can we keep an MSA and SOW linked?
Yes. Link related agreements and retain their own records and workflows so the team can inspect the relationship to the main contract.
Does this discover SaaS usage or unused licenses?
No. It manages agreement records and related workflows. It does not automatically inventory applications or monitor license utilization.
Which security and sign-in controls are available?
The security overview describes current controls and their limits. Confirm requirements with us; do not assume enterprise SSO, SCIM, or an independent certification is available.
