We’re a family-run software business with a practical belief: the people responsible for an agreement should be able to find it, understand it, and know what needs to happen next.
A contract is a promise. It deserves more than a place in a folder.
Every agreement connects people, decisions, dates, and responsibilities. Yet the document often ends up in one place, the conversation in another, and the next deadline on someone’s personal list. We build ContraxAware to bring that context together.
Our aim is straightforward: help a team move from “Where is that agreement?” to “Here is what we need to do.” That means making the original easy to find, the review easier to follow, and the commitments visible after the signatures are complete.
MEET OUR FOUNDER
John D’Amelio
Founder & CEO
John brings experience across designing, developing, selling, implementing, and supporting business software. That breadth shapes how we think about the product: a useful feature needs to work for the person learning it, the team maintaining it, and the business depending on it.
At ContraxAware, that perspective keeps the focus on practical questions. Can someone find the right document? Can a reviewer understand the change? Does the next owner know what they are responsible for? The answers matter as much as the feature list.
A renewal question, a difficult review, or a missed handoff is a useful place to begin. We want to understand your agreement types and responsibilities before talking through the workflow.
02
Keep the source close.
AI can help find, extract, and review information. The original agreement and the people making the decision still matter. Our product connects the first pass with the context needed to check it.
03
Help with the move.
Getting started should be a conversation you can have. We offer migration assistance at no additional cost and help you think through the documents, fields, and first workflow.
WHY “AWARE”
Know what you agreed. Stay aware of what comes next.
From intake and review to signatures, renewals, and obligations, our focus is the connection between the agreement and the work it creates. The software should help the next person understand the document and take responsibility with confidence.
Whether you are a general counsel, a sales leader, an operations team, or a small business owner, we would like to hear what a better process would look like for you.
